RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund, store credit or exchange .

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Original tags, liners, hygiene seals, and packaging must remain attached

  • Items must be free of makeup, perfume, smoke, deodorant, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • Proof of purchase is required

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Anima Haus reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

For hygiene and limited-edition reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits

  • Underwear

  • Hosiery

  • Opened beauty or wellness products

  • Candles, cacao, consumables, or ingestible products

  • Earrings or intimate accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items

Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

STORE CREDIT POLICY

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only unless otherwise required by law.

Store credit:

  • Is issued electronically

  • Does not expire

  • May be used toward any future Anima Haus purchase

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be exchanged based on product availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Anima Haus is not responsible for lost return packages.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
